H1N1 flu Vaccination Information

H1N1 FLU vaccine for ALL!

Due to recent changes in eligibility requirements the H1N1 vaccine is now available to all K-State students, spouses, faculty, staff and family members (age 18 and over)! All eligibility requirements have been removed (with the exception of pregnant women).

Call 785.532.6544 to schedule an appointment. Both seasonal and H1N1 vaccines are available.

Cost:

H1N1 Vaccine Fee: $12 for all

    What to bring to the clinic:
  1. current Wildcat card REQUIRED
  2. health insurance card (if you wish to have it processed through insurance)
  3. check or credit card to pay the administration fee
    In order to reduce the time spent waiting for the vaccination:
  • wear a short sleeved shirt or top to enable vaccine administration in upper arm.
  • bring the completed vaccine consent form with you.

Be sure to allow yourself plenty of time to get the vaccine before your next class.

BOTH Seasonal and H1N1 influenza vaccines are now available.

    The vaccine is NOT available to the following persons through Lafene Health Center:
  1. pregnant women (Consult your OB provider or go to the Riley County Health Department H1N1 vaccine clinics for vaccine.)
  2. children of students
